We’ve decided to open our doors to visitors every wednesday throughout October and November (bbrrr!) between 4 – 7pm.
Because of the success of these open evenings we’re continuing them into December and will start again in the new year too ! ( New dates are 4th & 11th of December and then in the new year to be decided, we will announce on the website when these restart.)
The aim of these regular open evenings is to give potential tenants the opportunity to meet us, our facility manager and our current members in an informal and relaxed environment. So if you want to know what spaces are available, what terms are being offered and who your neighbours might be, just drop in. There’s no need to contact us or book first. We’ll take you on a tour of the studios, offices and events spaces.
]]>“Whether you’re an artist, an established studio group or seeking collaborative work space, come and get involved in an exciting new hub of creativity.” – Jai Redman, Co-Director of UHC.
Wednesday 9th October we will be opening our doors for the first time, showing artists, businesses, the local community alike, what we intend to develop with this newly established partnership. Having already become home to a graphic design company and art therapist, we will be displaying our vacant office spaces for other independent businesses as well as giving a sneak preview of what our studio spaces will look like. The beauty of this work in progress is that, if you come and join us at ArtWork Atelier, not only will you be surrounded by like-minded, creative individuals, with access to all kinds of expertise, but your studio space can be tailor-made to suit you. Here are the details of the open studio and launch event: 2pm-6pm Open studio. Drop in anytime for a tour of the building 6:30pm Launch Event, with the usual speeches and a glass of something with bubbles. Stay around for drinks to help us celebrate our opening. You can find as at the address on the front page of the website. Entrance throughout the day and evening will be via the rear shutter doors on Queen St.
If you didn’t get one and want to see it it can be seen here.
